Gameplay and player photos
- Added fight logic to play-by-play. Fights now occur at season-appropriate rates, with fighting majors tracked as part of the game.
- Player photos now default to NHL ID. Almanac Hockey looks for a player's NHL Source ID image first, then falls back to the player's name, and finally to
default.png.
